WinterFest 2015 Free Training Sessions Announced

ITS Training Services’ WinterFest is here, bringing a lineup of free, online training at the perfect time – before classes begin. Make your life and your job easier with training on the specific teaching technologies and technology tools you use everyday or the ones that you’ve been dying to learn more about but just haven’t had the time throughout the semester. Throughout this week-long training event, from January 5 – 9, you’ll find sessions on topics ranging from ANGEL, timesavers when using an iPad, Accessibility, Box and more.

Penn State is launching graduate certificate programs in bioenergy, solar energy, wind energy, and sustainability management and policy, delivered online by Penn State World Campus, to prepare adults for these jobs.

Agribusiness management degree now available through Penn State Online

Penn State’s College of Agricultural Sciences has offered the bachelor of science degree in agribusiness management on campus since 1977. The 120-credit online program is designed for adults who have an associate degree in a related field. Students can customize the bachelor’s degree for their career goals and can take courses part time while working. Graduates will be prepared for careers in agricultural and life sciences industries, including input markets, farm production, commodities marketing and processing, food manufacturing and distribution, and food retailing.
