Joseph C. Conklin, Ed.D.

Before joining Penn State Extension in 2013, Joe was a teacher. He led the Social Studies Department and was actively involved in alternative education. Joe left public education to pursue a higher education degree and found employment with Penn State Extension as a District Director. He then served as a Business Operations Manager.

Joe looks forward to his role as an Extension Educator working with stakeholders in the nexus of energy development, land use, and policy.
