Roles and Responsibilities

Developing a new Atlas product can be intimidating at first. How much time will you need to invest and who is responsible for what? This quick reference chart will help you understand at a glance what is expected of you and how Ag Communications can help.

Consultation and Planning

The first step in new product development is to meet with a Technical Communications Specialist, or TCS, to start planning your projects. We will work to understand your material and the audience for whom it’s intended; help you identify the value to your customers; and suggest the appropriate delivery methods – whether that’s the traditional ways you’ve always been doing things, or a new and enhanced product offering. We will put together a resource plan and a project proposal form; you will get your Assistant Director of Programs to sign-off on the project, and we are ready to begin production.
