Extension delivers courses and workshops to support informal education on a variety of subjects. It also delivers courses for customers requiring continuing-education or professional-certification credits. From helping dairy producers improve profitability, to providing update credits to licensed pesticide applicators, to teaching food-safety concepts to consumers and food-service workers, extension courses and workshops connect customers with Penn State expertise.

Courses and workshops are designed and developed by extension educators, faculty specialists and program teams. The Atlas team will provide support for digital-based marketing and promotion, such as event invitations, registration reminders, calendar listings, and post-event follow-ups.
