The Penn State Soil Judging Team placed 15th in the nation at the National Collegiate Soil Judging Contest in Manhattan, KS. The contest was held the week of April 4th in the area around Manhattan.

Between March 29th and April 4th five students from Penn State competed at the 2014 National Collegiate Judging Contest hosted by Delaware Valley College, Doylestown PA.

A team of students from Penn State's College of Agricultural Sciences recently won the Northeast Regional Collegiate Soil Judging Contest in Wilmington, Ohio, qualifying to compete in the national championship in the spring.

Two teams from the college recently took first and fourth places in group judging at the regional soil judging competition at the University of Rhode Island, qualifying to compete in the national event hosted by West Virginia University in March.
