The Club goes on a fall career tour annually. We try to visit every aspect of the poultry and avian industries over a 4 year cycle.
Every fall the club harvests and sells fresh dressed turkeys to the general public as our clubs main fund-raiser. NO pre-orders, everything is sold on a first come first serve basis starting at Noon the Monday prior to thanksgiving. New for 2015: sales have moved to the Penn State Meats Lab on Porter Road. The Poultry Education and Research Center no longer will allow individual to enter due to HPAI Bio-security precautions.
