The Club goes on a fall career tour annually. We try to visit every aspect of the poultry and avian industries over a 4 year cycle.
Every fall the club harvests and sells fresh dressed turkeys to the general public as our clubs main fund-raiser. NO pre-orders, everything is sold on a first come first serve basis starting at 11 am the Monday prior to thanksgiving. The Sale is now held at the Penn State Meats Lab on Porter Road. The Poultry Education and Research Center can no longer will allow individual to enter due to Bio-security precautions.
