- The Agricultural Analytical Services Lab can assist you with soil, manure, biosolids, compost, and media testing as well as plant tissue testing.
- The Animal Diagnostic Lab is a nationally recognized veterinary diagnostic laboratory committed to the health of animals.
- The Land Analysis Lab specializes in the use of GIS and related advanced geospatial/information system technologies for environmental assessment, agriculture, and land management and planning.
- The Penn State Nanofabrication Facility is a "hands-on" facility where visiting users are trained in the use of equipment and processes to support research and development activities in a wide range of areas.
- The Gastroenteric Disease Center is one of the largest repositories of Escherichia coli strains in America and performs diagnostics for E. coli, including determining the pathogenicity of the organism.
