Olivia Francois, Laurie Williams '90 FDSC, Alyssa Maxwell, and Molly Cashman

Laurie Williams, a 1990 Food Science graduate is a Consumer Safety Officer with the Food and Drug Administration. She met with the students at Union Station sharing her career experiences and current role in writing the Food Code, a model that assists food control jurisdictions at all levels of government by providing them with a scientifically sound technical and legal basis for regulating the retails and food service segment of the industry such as restaurants and grocery stores.
