On May 4, more than 650 graduates and their guests attended the Spring Graduation Brunch. These complimentary photo images can be downloaded and shared.
On April 25, thousands of soon-to-be Penn State graduates attended the Senior Sendoff at the Hintz Family Alumni Center. Dozens of students from the College of Ag Sciences stopped by the Ag Alumni Society table to learn more about the society, pick-up their complimentary t-shirt, and sign-up for the Berkey Creamery Ice Cream raffle hosted by the Ag Alumni Society.
On February 25, the Big Ten schools with agricultural programs gathered more than 250 alumni and friends in Washington, D.C. to reconnect with college deans, administrators, faculty, and staff for fellowship and to learn how our colleges are working cooperatively on behalf of land-grant institutions.
On November 24, more than 550 alumni and friends attended Ag Live and raised $35,000 for student scholarships, internship awards, and student and alumni programs.
On October 19, five alumni were recognized with the College's Outstanding Alumni Award and one alumnus was recognized with the College's Outstanding Recent Alumni Award at the Nittany Lion Inn.
Tawfik Y. Sharkasi '84 Ph.D. Food Science was recognized with the Penn State Alumni Association's highest honor, the Alumni Fellow Award, on October 17.
On July 10, several members of the Ag Alumni Society board of directors welcomed 45 students to the College of Agricultural Sciences.
On June 1, Earl K. Harbaugh '61 general agriculture was recognized with the Distinguished Alumnus Award. The highest honor presented to an alumnus by The Pennsylvania State University.
On June 1, Traditional Reunion Weekend attendees at a College of Agricutral Sciences Open House.
On May 5, more than 300 College of Agricultural Sciences graduates were welcomed into the Ag Alumni Society at the Spring Graduation Brunch.
