The Creamery website is undergoing some major renovations, and we need to hear from alumni about your Creamery memories and hopes for the future.

In 1865, the first State College Creamery was established behind the "College Barns.” The facility, located behind what is now Old Main, also housed a blacksmith shop and hayloft. In 1889, the first standalone Creamery building opened and offered dairy courses, including a prototype of the now-famous ice cream short course. Throughout its storied existence, the Creamery has expanded significantly, relocated more than once (most recently to the new Berkey Creamery in 2006) and continually adjusted to accommodate customers’ changing needs. Today, you can even order online to have Creamery products delivered to your door!

This year, the Creamery is overhauling its website to offer an experience consistent with 150 years of excellence. We hope you will help by sharing your Creamery experience and telling us what you would like to see in the future.
